What a 1:1  Guidance Session Looks Like

These sessions are sacred, weaved with the intention of creating a space place designed to help you connect with your inner soul self and return to your natural state of flow and alignment. It’s a journey where energy, intuition, and spirit meet to illuminate the deeper layers of your being, offering clarity, healing, and activation.

Opening the Space

We begin by grounding into the present moment, calling in your higher soul, your personal guides, and Spirit to hold a clear and safe container. You’ll be invited to set an intention for what you’d like to explore or transform during the session. This intention becomes the guiding thread for everything that unfolds.

30 Minutes: Energetic Reading & Intuitive Guidance

We start by scanning your aura and chakra system, tuning into your energetic field to sense where energy may be overactive, underactive, or stagnant.

During this time, we’ll:

• Identify energetic imbalances or areas of depletion and excess.

• Connect with your higher self and spiritual guides to receive messages or insights.

• Explore the root causes of any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual disharmony.

• Clarify how your energy is moving and what’s asking to be released, healed, or strengthened.

This is also a safe, open space to ask questions about your spiritual path, soul purpose, or anything that’s present in your journey.

60 Minutes: Pranic Healing & Alchemical Realignment

Once your energy field has been fully read and mapped, we move into a deep Pranic Healing session. This is where the energy that surfaced is gently cleansed, balanced, and re-energized, allowing your mind, body, and spirit to realign as one.

This part of the session may include:

• Energetic cleansing of stagnant or heavy energies

• Balancing and energizing the chakras

• Cord cutting and releasing attachments that no longer serve

• Sealing and protecting your energy field

• Anchoring in new, higher frequencies to support your growth

As your energy shifts, you may feel warmth, tingling, lightness, or deep calm. Many describe this part as a soft return to themselves,  a remembering of their innate power and inner stillness.

Integration & Closing

We close the session by grounding and sealing your energy, allowing your system to fully integrate the shifts. You’ll receive personalized energetic practices or alchemical tools to help you stay aligned in the days that follow.
